House Extension – Murieston

This project involved the full renovation and transformation of a 1960s bungalow, with the removal of an outdated conservatory and the addition of a contemporary rear extension. The new layout features a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens up to the large garden via striking corner glazing — enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. A combed ceiling and Velux roof windows bring in natural light and create a greater sense of volume. House Extension – Deer Park

This project involved the creation of a split-level extension, expanding from the existing family room to form a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. Designed to maximise natural light and frame the views onto the adjacent golf course, the extension features full-depth glazing and a large central glass lantern. These elements not only enhance the sense of openness but also create a bright, welcoming space that connects beautifully with the surrounding landscape.

House Extension – Livingston Village

This extension project expanded the existing lounge to create a generous, light-filled lounge and dining space. A vaulted ceiling was introduced to increase the internal volume and sense of openness, complemented by strategically placed roof lights to draw in natural daylight. The gable end features full-height glazing, providing an uninterrupted visual and physical connection to the garden. Internal alterations to the kitchen and breakfast area included the addition of large bi-fold doors, further enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow and making the most of the garden outlook.
